Sail Indonesia 2010 Rally Entry Procedure |
**** Please note that this is NOT your Entry Form **** |
Your Entry Form is not available directly from our web site, our participants often have many different requirements, questions and languages so we will send you your own individual Entry Form.
If you would like to join our Sail Indonesia 2010 Rally please email us now and we will answer any questions you may have and we will put you on our mailing list. |
If you are planning to join our rally in 2010 please register your interest as soon as you can. In January of 2010 an "Information Update" brochure was be sent to all interested yachts. This update contains a summary of the important information from our web site and a detailed schedule for all the events for 2010.
|
The mail out of Entry Forms is now under way in the order that expressions of interest were received. Entry Forms are being sent out gradually in groups of 20 every 7 days. This is so that yachts are "first come are first served" and we and our email in box do not get overwhelmed and every yacht will receive an entry form in turn.
If you are concerned that we may have missed sending you your entry form or it is late arriving to you please email us and we will check your status and reply to you. |
One week is being allowed for intending participants to confirm their intentons to enter our event before we send out the next group of entry forms to other intending participants, in this way those applied first have the first opportunity to join our rally.
