When you enter our rally you will be asked to send us personal information. This information is only used for the management of the Sail Indonesia Rally and is kept in secure conditions and all precautions are taken to protect and secure this data.

Your emails and personal information sent to us are not stored on line as in a Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo email account where it is possible to be accessed by others. All emails and information sent to us are downloaded from our mail server on a daily schedule and then stored on computers that are not connected to the internet. We do not send broadcast emails and we do not keep mailing lists. |
Details of your yacht, email address, contact phone numbers, your crew and their passport information will be given to The Australian Customs Service to assist with your outgoing clearance and departure from Darwin. |
The Jakarta CAIT office where your Indonesian Cruising Permit application is processed receives low definition scanned images of your yacht's registration certificate and every crewmember's passport as these must be included with your CAIT application.

We DO NOT give any of your personal details to other individuals or organizations, the only exception is that your Yacht Name, Nationality, Yacht Design and the Skipper's Name are published on the List of Entries page of our web site and where it is available we will put a link to your yacht's website on our Stories page. |
